Added the [img] and [url] tags for bbs posts.
These tags cannot be nested. If the number of open and close tags don't match, then none of the tags of that type will be converted in the message until you correct the problem. http:// is forced in at the beginning of any address for an url or image, so you don't need to remember to include it.
The available tags are listed underneath the message box when your posting a new message.
